Q.  How are you able to discount the prices?

A.  By selling from our website we are able to offer you a reduced price as we do not have to take the typical "high street shop" overheads into account - a website has no rent or electricity bill to pay, and we are therefore able to pass these benefits on to you.

Q.  Are you a "real" jewellery shop?

A.  Yes, we have two retail stores in Kent, England.  We are a family run business and have been trading for over fourteen years.  We have started our website to sell to a wider audience and are able to offer discounted prices too.

Q.  I want to buy a diamond ring but I am unsure what I am looking for, can you help?

 A.  Yes, absolutely.  We have information on the different ratings given to diamonds to enable you to purchase what is the best value for your money.  Please look in our Information section.

Q.  I am concerned about conflict diamonds, do you support non-conflict diamonds?

A.  We are proud to support non-conflict diamonds mined in conjunction with the Kimberley process.

Q.  Am I able to speak to a "real" jeweller to discuss my needs?

A.  We are able to source almost any jewellery item you require.  From a certified 5 carat heart diamond to commissioning a one-off pair of cufflinks, please feel free to contact us for a quote.
