What method of payments do you accept? Online we accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment via PayPal.  In store we accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and payment via LMG.

When will I be charged? Payments are usually debited from your account within 2 hours after security checks from your bank issuer.

Will my card details be safe? Do I have to pay in full or can I leave a deposit? In all of our stores we offer 0% APR on any product when leaving a 20% deposit and paid over 3 months.  If you would like to set up this arrangement with a product you have seen online please call our head office on 01843 583057.

How much do you charge for UK delivery? UK delivery is free.

How much do you charge for overseas delivery? Europe - £20 - £35 (Depending on the size of the item)Non-Europe – Price on application.

How long does delivery usually take? Orders within the UK are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4pm.  If ordered after 4pm, on a weekend or Bank Holiday, orders are usually dispatched the next working day (i.e Monday – Friday).  Orders will arrive between 7am and 7pm and a signature will be required.

Can I collect from store? At the time being we only offer delivery to the cardholders address.

Can I return my product? Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can return any item within the 7 day period for either a refund, exchange or store credit.  Exclusions apply including body jewellery, engraved items, special orders and earrings.

How do I return my product? To our head office address or to one of our stores.  Please note returned items are posted at the customers cost and the cost of original postage may be deducted from the refund if it was included in the price of the item.Christmas extended policy. Any item ordered in the last 2 weeks of December will be available for exchange until the end of the second week in January.

My item is damaged/faulty? Goods are deemed as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase.  Or unless the product has an extended warranty.  Please contact our head office if you believe this to be the case and we shall resolve it for you.
