Delivery

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature is required on receipt.

If you order by 4pm Monday to Friday you will receive your goods the next day. If you order after 4pm on a weekday your order will not be despatched until the following day. If you order any good at any time on Saturday you will receive your goods on the Monday. If you order any goods on Sunday then you will receive your goods on the Tuesday. Any deliveries placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered two working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday, so please always take this into consideration when ordering.

Our carrier will deliver between 7am and 7pm. A signature will be required on receipt. If the parcel cannot be left our carrier will return it to the local depot and leave details of how to collect the items.

We will only deliver to the card holders address.

Returns Policy

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns outside of this time frame may only be accepted at B.N Carthew discretion, and may only be refunded with store credit. Returned items are posted at the customers cost and the refund amount will deduct our initial postal costs and 15% of the purchase price. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused and all tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

In cases of refund your account may not be credited for 28 working days. You will not be credited any postal charges incurred.

For hygiene reasons pierced items cannot be returned.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Accuracy

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that out product images are as accurate as possible slight variations may occur due to varying monitors display of colours and slight variations in goods production.

Secure Payment 

We use PayPal as our preferred method of payment. PayPal is a safe and simple way to exchange money online using high tech fraud detection systems to monitor suspicious activity and reduce fraudulent activity, for both the customer and the retailers benefit. All sensitive information is encrypted to secure maximum protection at all times allowing the customer to pay by credit or debit card with confidence.
